From the designer:
Sitting in an enviable space, surrounded by the country appeal of Portobello Market and the quite a few high quality eating places and outlets that adorn Notting Hill, this maisonette deserved to mirror its location. The intention with regard to this Design was to marry the contrasting ideas of ‘medical’ and ‘heat’ – to realize such a glance the Design group knew that they must mix sharp, glossy and quirky. The kitchen achieves a ‘wow’ issue by means of its audaciously clear look which is offset by do-it-yourself artwork on the partitions and statuettes which each point out an inventive tendency inside the house.
The toilet has a glow to it which is achieved by way of a very heat blue/gray flooring tile and white gold mosaic stones which sit inside the sample on the function wall. The bed room is sort of exceptional too – the floating mattress couldn’t be sleeker while the bed room attracts are unpredictable of their design and keep the inventive move of the house.
The magnificence on this challenge is the paradox with a medical look serving as a backdrop for immense heat and inventive magnificence in an space which incorporates each.
